What is a 120Hz LCD. What is the difference between that and any other LCD TV?

Typical LCDs have 60Hz. They display 60 fields per second which is equivalent to 30 frames per second. The 120Hz LCD TVs display 120 fields per second and supposedely eliminates the flickering and jerky movements when you are watching movies or playing games.
