This amazing video fitness game is fun and challenging. It comes with a pressure-sensitive Wii Balance Board used to play and experience an extensive array of fun, dynamic, and challenging activites including yoga, muscle stretches, aerobics, and balance oriented games. This Wii Fit features a lean to block soccer balls, swivel hips to power hoop twirls or balance to hold the perfect yoga pose. It uses the Wii Balance Board for daily tests. It also features Body Mass Index (BMI) which is a weight evaluation based on a ratio of weight to height plus Wii Fit Age which is measured by factoring the users BMI reading, testing the players center of gravity and conducting quick balance tests. It includes more than 40 types of training activities that designed to appeal to all members of a household. Training falls into four fitness categories.
